If you are saying that people who buy stock in a mining company such as ORXX -- prior to said company actually owning any mines, having a full range of mining equipment, and having a staff full of miners -- should expect significant dilution when said company acquires same, then, yes, you'll get no argument from me. The questions that need to be answered are to whom and how much.
