ok, has anyone taken ebay to task legally on it ?

i believe i heard of a case where someone used a cd rom, a dictionary or something and a bad name that was used to denigrate African Americans was in there by error and a fellow sued...

would a person (any person) but particularly one who has kidney problems be entitled to sue for pain and suffering for seeing such an 'item' auctioned off on the site...

i do find it laughable that they may not have had control procedures in place for these actions, as i would expect si to monitor posts as well...they cop out by saying there are too many imo...
