I have read a bit into CLRS, formerly (troubled 1998 IPO) SQL financials [SQLF] papers, for example this one: sec.gov They don't do very much, except changing business directions, in writing red ink & burning cash. They bought "ELEKOM" which appears to be a company doing e-transactions, and reminds me a bit of ZIXI: sec.gov ELEKOM is a development stage enterprise engaged in the development of ELEKOM Procurement, an intranet-based, business-to-business electronic commerce solution that is designed to streamline the corporate procurement process.
