Actually, Cohen should have had a Sell rating based on his $50 target comment. His long-term Neutral rating on AMZN was also suspicious.

If I remember correctly, ML put a Sell rating on ASM Lithography at around $13 last year.

Glenn,

A 'reduce' is not a sell. It's like this. Suppose you had 500 shares of AMZN and your target was 100, you would start 'reducing' @ say 90 and @ 95. At 100, you blast out the whole shooting works.
(You reduced at 90 and 95 because the stock mkt is unpredictable!!! :-))
