Some Numbers

These are SSB and probably proprietary, so I will limit the disclosure to their estimate (which has undoubtably leaked). It would seem they are only slightly more bullish than the consensus.

Although Dell CFO Tom Meredith has said that the October quarter was more
back-end loaded than most, management continues to say that it has seen
nothing from a demand perspective to change its view of the company's
revenue trajectory. Consensus revenue for the October quarter is $6.75B
(vs our est of $6.8B); we will obviously be watching the top line when
Dell reports in mid-November.
