Stephen it depents. i hold
ZOOX, VIXL
CSCO, LU, COMS
EGRP, NDB

The reason I am forced to hold competiton share is because we bet on the growth of the industry and not company. VIXL may blow up but ZOOX may come out big. Like COMS blew it up and CSCO came out big.
VIXL dismal report speaks for itself. I think I will have to completely exit my position on this one. Do you know how JNIC compare to
ZOOX, BRCD, VIXL. may play that one.

Don't dump your shares tomorrow..look beyond tomorrow...good customers=CUSTOMERS

Our primary customers are OEMs and resellers who sell to end users and
VARs. Following is a list of our customers who have purchased more than $500,000
of our products since the beginning of fiscal 1998:

<TABLE>
<S> <C>
Amdahl Hewlett-Packard
Avid Sports IBM
Avid Technologies Interphase
Bell Microproducts Nissho Electronics
Compaq Computer Sun Microsystems
Emulex
</TABLE>

In some cases, we sell our products to our customers' contract
manufacturers who in turn sell them to our customers. Sun Microsystems, Compaq
Computer, Hewlett-Packard and Interphase represented 34.4%, 19.8%, 11.8% and
10.4% of our total revenue, respectively, for the six months ended July 4, 1999.
In fiscal 1998, Sun Microsystems and Hewlett-Packard represented 54.4% and 12.3%
of our total revenue, respectively.

Stephen,
You're right. Difference of opinions is good. I follow multiple threads on SI as part of my DD on stocks. The very best insights are from people at SI like mact, Kimberly Lee, $mogul, etc. I enjoy the banter, opinion and "heads-up" comments. The people at the Yahoo board don't ever apologize.

BTW, I am long 250 VIXL and was disappointed at the earnings report. I will evaluate tomorrow AM to see if I completely exit, partially exit or stick it out. I believe the SAN market is one of the areas to be in. VIXL will continue to be a player. Let's see what the analyst at Robbie does now.

Good luck.
