I see LU and QCOM complementing each other nicely

LU will be strong in most connecting gut systems
QCOM will own the heart of all devices

eventually Lucent should see theQ as leaders and get behind Qualcomm in much the same peaceful and supportive way that Cisco got behind the Microsoft/Intel duopoly

this is gonna be a big pie to share
but theQ gorilla is likely to dine first at the wireless table

I am confused though with Cisco's announcement
my interpretation is that Cisco would like to establish some superhighways that run parallel with but separate from the noisy data/voice streams traveling on Qcom roadways

good signs that giants Lucent and Cisco are restless
