Nine days remaining to raise $1.5 M cash for HITT.

Will they pull it off, or will they be forced to continue relying on the cashflow from all those lucrative $0.01 purchases of bid rankings that one sees on their website?

We'll see what the alumnus of the "criminal enterprise" can do between now and Nov. 6.

Peter Foley, CRD# 210650, has a new job at a broker/dealer.

The NASDR told me that on Oct. 14, he took a job with Donner Corp. Intl., which is a broker/dealer headquartered in Los Angeles.

That was about a week after HITT announced that a Pete Foley, with the Amrhein Foley Group, would help them get $1.5 M cash by early November, and set up a joint venture.

I called Donner and verified that this Peter Foley is the same guy as the Pete Foley who was affiliated with Amrhein Foley. The Donner official I spoke with was familiar with Foley, but he wasn't sure about the status of Foley's license or whether his employment with Donner was finalized. He sounded a little suspicious that I was inquiring, and he mentioned some paperwork that isn't complete.

The Donner official didn't seem to be familiar with Hitsgalore, when I told him about the news release. He described Donner's business to me as investment banking for small cap companies, especially "introducing" them to investors. When I asked him if that included private placements, he said yes.

A quick search of altavista shows that Donner has issued newsreleases recommending a stock trading for $1.

Donner has a website at www.donnercorp.com
