Dow Jones Newswires -- October 26, 1999 DJ QXL.Com Launches Netherlands Auction Site LONDON (Dow Jones)--QXL.com PLC (QXLC), the pan-European online auctioneer, said Tuesday it has launched a new action site in the Netherlands. The Netherlands will be QXL.com's fifth web site in Europe following launches in France, Germany, Italy and the U.K. "E-commerce in Europe is currently experiencing phenomenal growth and we are well-positioned to meet this increasing demand from European consumers," the company said.
