I think revenue is going up substantially, however, I believe they are releasing 175 MILLION shares in IPO, 400+ MILLION more are ready to go, ALLEN retains 95% voting rights with 50 THOUSAND class B shares, ALLEN has no obligation to keep shares after a small lockup period, they are raising 3.5 billion in the IPO but need 9+ billion to make the acquisitions and are taking on a few billion more in debt, already have substantial debt, etc. etc. etc. May do real well in the long run if they can raise the necessary money until revenues catch up with losses, but I'd be real surprised to see much of a gain this year with this huge number of shares out there. Word on street is that brokers are telling everybody if you get any pop on first day, dump it. If true, then who's going to pick up 175 million shares in the after market?

I remain,
