cfoent, Re: Gemstar. Where can I find out more about what will create the tornado here. Is it the coming explosion of channels via broadband? I believe the issues for Gemstar in the context of your question is sub count and critical mass. The numbers for the latter are all over the place from 2-7 million. Mine have come up from 2-5 to 5-7 as I learn more concerning the difference between the TV and PC advertising platforms. This level (sum of TV Guide and GuidePlus) should be attained in the Spring of 2000. Carriage by Time Warner, EchoStar or DirecTV would expedite matters. Regards Stew
