Think Twice Before Getting a FC-PGA Cumine KH Yeap
Tuesday, October 26, 1999 (10:20 PM Pacific Daylight Time)

Anand has posted his review on FPGA Cumine , and apparently it is not compatible with any current existing S-370 motherboards, other than the i810E based boards, and yes, that also means it is not compatible with the current slotkets either. Here's Anand's conclusion:

"As it stands right now, more platforms need to be made available before the FC-PGA Pentium III E can be recommended. Let's just wait and see if any motherboard manufacturers step forward with the platform we're looking for."

Indeed there have been rumors floating around that Intel may delay the shipment of FC-PGA till a later date. . .

Hope, this would save us from seeing any of those Intel's Stealth Launch posts (I820 took care of the RAS stuff) to create FUD against AMD.
