LAC, are you still bullish FTRK? As of Nov 6, 1999 the OTC website shows them failing the filing requirement to maintain market maker quotation on the OTC bulletin board, and slated to be delisted to the pink sheets as of the first week of Dec. 1999, (3 weeks). otcbb.com A search of the SEC website, also as of Nov 6, 1999 fails to find anything resembling a Form 10sb filing; in fact, if you do a search on FTRK on the SEC search engine, you receive a "nothing found" . sec.gov So, what exactly are you bullish about?
