Hi jmac; Interesting question about fiduciary responsibility. Ask Zeev when he gets back. I sort of got a hint from a recent post of his that he is in a place that doesn't have ready access to the internet. My guess is that they don't have to tell you anything. My observation about tech companies, (which are typically very interested in their stock prices,) is that they never release bad news, only the good news. If they don't have good news, they either make something up, or stay quiet.

I think the problem is as described by the Register, who claimed that HardOCP sent it to them. It appears likely to me that it is a product killing bug, but of course that is just my opinion. I still will be amazed if they actually get this technology out the door, it pushes the edge of the technological envelope in so many places.

According to Stuart, the short interest in this stock is way up. This is not always a good indication for the future, it indicates that a lot of somewhat sophisticated investors are bearish.
