I totally disagree with you. I think that the questions are very relevant -- And apparently IMDS thinks so too as they put the disclosure in this year's 10-K. >>Yes, all this coming from someone who complained about the SEC filings being delayed because of the hurricane. << I didn't complain per se -- I thought it was comical -- And the delay wasn't due to the hurricane only, Jewish holidays and continuing education credits. As an accountant, I've never seen these types of excuses before as a reason for a delay.
