ARLINGTON, Va., Oct 27, 1999 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- CACI International Inc. (Nasdaq:CACI) today
announced that Cassandra C. Peterson has joined the company as Vice President of Telecommunications
Technology for its rapidly evolving Web, e-commerce, and Enterprise Systems operating group, headed by Mark
H. Bloom. A former manager at QUALCOMM, Inc., Pacific Bell, and Southwest Bell, Ms. Peterson comes to
CACI with more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications and marketing. Her recruitment strengthens
CACI's ability to deliver e-commerce and enterprise solutions to the telecommunications sector -- part of CACI's
ongoing focus to leverage its 12 years of e-commerce experience for clients in the retail, telecommunications, and

Based in San Diego, California, Ms. Peterson brings significant expertise to CACI's ability to meet the growing
need for telecommunications clients to get information both to and from their customers. CACI solutions in this
area include marketing and demographic information systems, online electronic billing systems, customer
relationship management, and the ability to develop enterprise information portals -- Websites that offer a wide
range of information and services to customers while also collecting customer data.

Ms. Peterson will also focus on enterprise solutions for managing information and information networks. With
industry deregulation and the fast pace of mergers and consolidations, telecommunications IT executives are
faced with unifying disparate systems and increasing services to meet an expanding user base. Ms. Peterson will
be able to help these executives through her strong systems integration experience in the telecommunications
sector, as well as her ability to provide CACI solutions in such areas as data mining and warehousing, and the
integration and hosting of enterprise applications.

In addition, Ms. Peterson will provide sales support for CACI's Comprizon(TM).Buy electronic procurement
software. Released in August, Comprizon.Buy upgrades the company's SACONS(R) procurement software with
more than 170 new features and improvements. Comprizon.Buy helps automate a full range of contract
management capabilities directly from a user's PC desktop, including seamless integration with office and e-mail
software, Web-based requisitioning, and supplier data verification through a widely recognized source of business
information.

Ms. Peterson's most recent position was as Senior Marketing Communications Manager with QUALCOMM, Inc.,
a Fortune 500 company specializing in digital wireless technology. In this role, she managed Internet activity and
marketing resources, and was the driving force in developing an interactive Web-based system for clients to
request support and services. Prior to this, and following a 16-year career with Pacific Bell and Southwest Bell,
she provided telecommunications consulting services for clients such as MCI and Access America. With the Bell
companies, her notable achievements included establishing the first digital telecommunications system for Rock
well International in 1984. Ms. Peterson is also founder and president of the San Diego Chapter of the Help Desk
Institute, a non-profit organization that promotes software support management.

"Cass Peterson's hire is another step in developing our ability to leverage CACI's existing telecommunications
infrastructure and information assurance business with our e-commerce and enterprise solutions to provide
comprehensive client solutions," said Ken Johnson, CACI, Inc. President. "She understands the needs of clients
in the telecommunications industry as well as the technologies that will meet these needs."

Dr. J.P. (Jack) London, CACI Chairman and CEO, stated, "We're growing an e-commerce team at CACI that
delivers unrivaled expertise in developing and applying e-commerce technology for a wide range of client
