GlobalNetFinancial.com Seeks Easdaq Stock Listing

SANTA MONICA, Calif. -- GlobalNetFinancial.com Inc. (GLBN) hired Beeson Gregory of the U.K. to help the company list newly-issued shares on Easdaq, a pan-European stock exchange.

In a press release Wednesday, GlobalNetFinancial.com said it plans to sell an unspecified number of shares in Europe. The Easdaq-traded securities won't be offered in the U.S. or sold to any U.S. citizen.

GlobalNetFinancial.com will use the proceeds from the offering to expand its money and finance Internet portals. It expects to obtain Easdaq-listing approval by early December.

Nasdaq-listed shares of GlobalNetFinancial.com, which had 11.2 million shares outstanding as of June 30, recently traded at 13, up 1/2, or 4%, on composite volume of 31,200 shares. Average daily volume is 51,900 shares.
