I show the last trade was at .812, and we opened at .75. So, presently, we're not dropping. Bid at .69, Ask is .812.

No news, no volume. Patience is the key to this one. I told myself that I wouldn't play BBs anymore........... oh well, just got in at .75 and waiting.

Good fortune to us all.

A cure for ACNE?

How big is that!

I thought I would share some of what I learned today during my phone conversation with Gary Heesch of Wasatch Pharmaceutical. Basically when I called I wanted to address the issues raised in the second to last press release:

biz.yahoo.com

FDA APPLICATION ON OTC PRODUCTS. The application process has begun. Retainers have been paid out of funds received and additional fees will be paid as required by the FDA regulators.

I had noticed some discussion over at the Raging Bull that FDA approval might come early for Wasatch on these products. That is definitely possible. Likely, Gary was doubtful but couldn't rule it out.

AUDITS. Audits are now being conducted to bring current all filings with the SEC. These audits are being conducted by the firm of Thomas Leger & Co. which performed the previous audit.

The audits are indeed underway. I absolutely prefer fully reporting OTC BB companies. This will be one!

WEB SITE DEVELOPMENT. A Web Site is being developed that will provide information on the technology and products of the Company. This Web Site should be available within two weeks.

They got that web site up already. There is a tremendous amount of information there that anyone looking for a decent return should check out:

http://www.wasatchpharm.com/

TRAINING CENTER. Wasatch has identified a new facility in Salt Lake City to be used to establish a Training Center for physicians and medical assistants who will staff clinics to be established in Seattle, Portland, Ore., Denver, Boise, Idaho, and Phoenix. This new facility will also be used for administrative offices as well as for limited research in new product development.

If this seems like a grandiose plan... it is but then no company with a great product should ever let it get too far out of their own control.

CONTRACTS WITH HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS. A consultant, Kent Heileson, has been employed to negotiate contracts with health care companies for reimbursement on a much more equitable basis and will also approach Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Utah to negotiate contracts for ``Preferred Providership' status with existing clinics owned by Wasatch Pharmaceutical in the State of Utah

I think this is going to happen a lot sooner than FDA approval but it is every bit as important. These products work. They cost less than traditional treatments that merely treat the symptoms with no chance of curing the problem.
