JLA you have threatened to sue me before, as well as Lorrie Coey. I suspect there are others. You never retracted any of these other lawsuit threats - and you only did so this time because I informed you that I have relationships with attourneys around here and some of them specialize in internet law. Threatening people with lawsuits is a fairly serious matter - to my knowledge you have never followed through on any of these threats - therefore I consider them "frivilous". BTW others here have a problem with this too (lawsuits)... I remember a lawyer saying I was vulnerable to a lawsuit because I questioned the integrity of the QCOM options plan. I really do think legal threats shouldn't be allowed by SI... if there is any way to arrange that (there may not be).
