Does this mean that the World Currency Cartel is the same group also known as the Cavalry?

It is, of course, well known that the RMIL cavalry was an elite group of Silicon Valley CFOs who discovered that RMIL and its short squeeze offered the number one investment opportunity of 1997. Given their excellent financial skills, it seems a distinct possibility that they may be the brains behind the World Currency Cartel.
