David, he agreed to ban himself, just as he did on YHOO. On the YHOO thread he posted completely false information as fact. All of this is obviously documented for all to see. He has a history of posting lies throughout SI. IMO, his posts are potentially dangerous to newbies just starting out on investing in stocks. How would you feel if someone in your family took a position based on false info posted by KIS?

All of this aside, as you can see from our interchange from last week, he agreed to leave if EBAY didn't announce a split. I guess all his powerful buddies in "the valley" were telling him lies. Poor fellow. Anyway, leaving the EBAY thread for good is the honorable thing to do.

actually if someone I knew took a position in something and they didn't do their own DD, I'd say it was their risk/reward potential.
