In addition to announcing the 25% incentive plan, in order to protect the security of the Beta Testing, Mr. Hughes has issued a "quiet period" as it is referred to in the industry. Now that the server has been delivered and the Beta Testing initial phase has begun, the nature of the work to be done requires the strictest of security measures sans publicity.

It is not by giving 25% more stock that you can put an end at the dilution. It will be good for a period of 90 days, but after this period there will be 25% more stock to trade :-((( If everybody would take there shares out of streetname, the dilution would be less and the price should go up, what is good for all the shareholders.

This is a good move for several reasons... 1) This will reduce the float as Mr. Hughes is trying to do. 2) Any short positions out there will try to cover. Any covering will cause an upward movement in the stock price. The more short positioned this stock is the faster the price will appreciate. ETS

Mr. Hughes stated, "This will further reduce the float during our stage of implementation." So it's nothing more than a quick fix... I think Tom worries too much about the stock price or somebody is telling him too much...Are you all still calling Tom? Please don't. I do not agree one bit with this send in your shares and hold and we'll reward you. All that is doing is screwing up the stock and a million questions get asked about how gets what.. Remember on RB when people were confused as hell about all this? 'ididn't get this, i didn't get taht" do i meet the date? Stop issuing freaking shares...especially, these quicky fixes..just say, be patient invesotrs...lots of wassted paper and money here.. Sorry :-) Whoo hoo I'm at a profit already on my last bactch!! FM
