I must apologize if you perceive you were slammed for insulting Cobalt. I do not remember slamming you. I think I might have counted an insult or 2 against you but I do not remember slamming you. I will of course apologize if you will show me the offending post and it is indeed a slam. I had put Cobalt on my side (even though I perceived myself ot be alone) but Neocon wanted her back. May I take this to mean you dissent with Neocon? In which case you need to take it up with him. And since he was kind enough to tell me that I did not need to consider the matter any more it is completely your issue and his- and has nothing to do with me (as I perceive things) As for implying Cobalt being drunk- I think that might be slander, because it is in print, but you do say "or not" and that might make a difference, I jsut don't know. If Cobalt were here she could of course tell us whether she were drunk- and if she were I wouldn't write this to you. I would advise you as one attorney to another that saying such things in print on a public forum which many people read might be actionable by law and could be a serious violation of the terms of use. I do not think you are allowed to slander people under the terms of use. I am sure you did not perceive your post as slanderous and of course truth is an absolute defense (too bad we can't ask Cobalt and clear this up right now)- but since we (or at least I) do not know the truth I thought I should mention this. If, of course, you know the truth of this matter then of course you have a right to say what you said. And I only bring this up because I would hate to see you terminated or suspended- and though I would work to bring you back, since we have already established I do not know who your friends are, the attempt to resurrect you would be much more difficult.
