X, I must admit that I am worried! I do share your concern that we may soon have to start another thread pleading for a suspended poster. It certainly does appear that CH is implying that CB was drunk. As you say, such an implication could be a violation of the TOU.

It would have helped those who may need to come to his assistance if he had availed himself of the opportunity to clarify his statement in his subsequent reply to your post.

As for implying Cobalt being drunk

I really didn't want to get back into the substance of the past postings, but if you insist . . .

That she was drunk at the time was reported to me by somebody whose statement to that effect I believed. I was not in the room with her, so I didn't verify her condition with a blood test or breathalyzer.

CB, of course, accused Michael M in another post of being drunk. We can ask her, when she returns, if we want to pursue the matter, which I don't but you may, whether she had more factual basis for that post than I had for mine.

As to whether she was drunk, or whether my statement was factually true, one of course will have to define the term "drunk," which may be more difficult than asking what is is. I did not say whether she was drunk on alcohol, or on the joy of living, or on a power trip, or what. My dictionary defines drunk, definition 2, as "overcome or dominated by a strong feeling or emotion." I think I'm pretty safe to say that at the time she posted her messages she was dominated by a strong feeling or emotion.

Do you really want to keep bringing the past up this way? Isn't it better if we just let it alone and move on?

Love and emotional only hugs.
