Following info is provided by a Vietnamese stockhouse poster whose parents are visiting family in Hanoi, and agreed to check the lottery out for him.

"Well, the numbers are lower than expected. My parents talked to a couple of retailers and the numbers are lower than what we have been expecting. Though it is lower, the revenues are increasing at a high rate. The main reason why sales are low is because the old paper lotto is still being used. The people seem to love the new system but they are beginning to get use to the new system. It is just like what happen when we got the 6/49. The terminals are very professionally run and operated. It is not at sold at any place, it is sold at very nice buildings and the people who runs it are very well to do. The prospects look good as Vietnam do away with the paper system which will bring an additional 25% to AGC immediately.

As for HCMC, I don't know yet. It should be pretty soon though. My parents don't like investing in these companies and haven't changed his mind yet. I will not add to my positions but I will not sell either. From what they have seen, AGC will be a great investment if they get HCMC and the rest of the South. The people of the North are very conservative and gamble a lot less than the people from the South. Happy investing. "
