SBC has a TDMA network in Texas(all of old 5-state SBC territory, actually). PacBell operates a GSM network in CA. The only CDMA is from Ameritech, but some or all of it was divested to GTE along with the overlapping analog properties. I can't recall what the new stuff acquired from Comcast or in Puerto Rico is.

Needless to say, they don't have a very vibrant roaming strategy......

Not that i know of, pac bell sure doesn't.
