Actually I believe Michael agreed that he was drunk- in which case truth is Cobalt's absolute defense. I was not trying to bring up the past and I apologize if you thought I was. I was merely pointing out a possible problem for you. And I am afraid that the mere fact that you were repeating something that was slanderous is not a defense- as I remember the law. But perhaps I am wrong.
