SI's extremely lame policy on releasing personal information in response to subpoenas.

Well, I think people like Janice might need to be concerned a little when corporate resources come after her. But for individuals suing one another for something they said... often times there are 3 states involved, person #1 homestate, person #2 homestate and then WA where SI corp is located... its messy and very complicated and hard to fathom unless you are familiar with internet law. I think the landscape suits are a little more commonplace. Heck, I'd sue somebody who planted a tree across the street that blocked my view wouldn't you??? <gg>
