To be put up for sale, one must determine if Newbridge has products that another company really needs. I don't know how to answer that question, but what if we don't? Where does that put shareholders? Check out companies like Standard Microsystems or Digi International. These two firms, years ago, were up and comers in the networking industry. Unfortunately, the management teams just didn't have the vision. The companies are flounderers, and they were not purchased by other companies.
