JNI is in the business of FC host-based adapters and FC protocol ASIC. They're not really in the same business as the fabric group let by Brocade or router group led by Crossroads. I don't know too much about the company to say much about it. Considering that they are making money, they have to be doing a good job. The business of FC ASIC and HBA is much more mature than that of fabrics and routers. FC HBA's and protocol chips have been around for about 10 years. I suppose one can get a good estimate of their valuation by comparing with Emulex, QLogic, and, to a lesser extent, LSI, and HP.
