Dick:

LTXX already had the secondary a couple of weeks ago. It held the stock down for the two months from the announcement to the offering. Stock has been increasing in price with high volumn.

A couple of differences between LTXX and MRVC. LTXX just announced a record backlog with good earnings (12 cents is good from where they were <gg>) and a solid book to bill.

MRVC did there road show and during the show the stock went from 26ish (memory failing on exact #) to around $36. They then missed revenue and earnings as they built up for the long haul (of course the stock has come back somewhat but how well can you trust manangement now except JNPR did invest in one of thier subs).

LTXX's fusion product (the company bet the farm on this as you can see from the share price a year ago) is being well accepted (see the TXN and Infieon wins that were previously exclusive TER). Mgmt has actually under pumped the stock (considering where some of its peers trade at) by not announcing new contracts (of course this could mean no new contracts <g>.

Look @ AHAA. They announced thier secondary and stock went from mid 30's to mid 40's. I think it all depends on the circumstances of the company. Means we have to always watch the chart and volumn.

Of course I'm heavily in LTXX at the momment and can be wrong.

Tim
