I've been a Beyond shareholder since the IPO and am a bit confused about how the company is reinventing itself. As well connected as you are regarding Beyond, could you provide any detail about how and why the company is evolving. I've heard rumors that it will be de-emphasizing its consumer business in favor of its corporate business, which is to say B2B. I don't of its true or not or what is really going on but wish I did. As far as I know, management has not made any specific public announcements about its new direction.

I think if BYND joined with EGGS/ONSL, AMZN#2 will be born. The downgrade on BYND was just to give the bigger boys a chance to pick up more shares just as the downgrade on EGGS today signifies a big BUY signal.
