Well, well Jancie, finally you admit to a lie, but not before you ride that old hank-of-a-horse until you're throwd. I appreciate this glimmer of hope for you, but your explanation leaves a lot lacking.

Judd wasn't representing Mann earlier, and I have no idea whether he is now, but he did say at the January/February hearings that if the case were to be tried, Mann would have to appear, and that he did know people who were in touch with him.

If Judd wasn't representing Mann earlier, why did you even bring up his name? As far as I know, Judd is am honest lawyer (or is that a contradiction in terms - haha?) and there would be no reason for me to even contact him because he is the representative of parties with whom we AZNT stockholders have an very strong adversarial relationship.

Now are you ready to also admit that there is a default entered against Mann?

As to your question, I can and will say that I have never spoken to Bruce Judd concerning this or any other matter.
