I use a number of self-built indicators, but I will decline to explain further their construction. The trend is up, and for as long as that is going on, it doesn't hurt to let it keep moving in the same direction, but it would be prudent to acknowledge the the near term may not be as rewarding as it was in the past few days, given the position of the stock being in the upper end of the return spectrum for a given period of time.
