Goldman put IBM in their top 15 stocks to own and Pru upgraded.

IBM (NYSE: IBM - news) secured U.S. Patent 5,974,403 for a computer tool that forecasts the spot price of electric power and amount of power that may be traded in a deregulated market. The tool uses generating capacities, weather forecasts, and other variables to forecast the spot price at different electric power delivery points.
