At least the earnings are in the black!

If the Donzi law suit is in fact history, maybe there will be more energy available to improve business and more money flowing to the bottom line. If memory serves me right, that suit in one form or forum or another has been going on forever. It has to be a positive to the company to have that behind them (barring Donzi taking his appeal to the US Supreme court??).

Any feedback on the informercials ... still going on?

Yes, the earnings are very good. However, they are unaudited. I think the price would improve if they were reporting to the SEC. Has anyone called the company on this issue?
