CHTL is traded on the "pink sheets" with thousands of other companies. Since the NASDAQ tightened their requirements for listing, many more companies have moved onto the "pink sheets".

Can anyone think of a reason NOT to sell all of one's shares in this company for a tax loss? BTW, I do NOT believe in miracles.
