My WAG is $48 in small quantities, $42 in 50,000 or so, down to $28 in 500,000. Average could be $32+ or $1000m.

That's too high. Price will come down by 20% each 6 months so average 2001 price may be about $16 (mostly big players) to $18 or about $500 - 600 m for the year 2001.
