Yes that's the one... Message 7885705 He never responded. The recent episode is more of the same. A reasonable person would see a claim to have been "joking" (or was that "stoking") when stating:"Come on, let's have the details and let's see who your source is on this one. When I spoke with A Mann's attorney earlier today, he said that there had been no agreement, and that both the Judge and the Magistrate agreed with him that Andy should be able to have the summary judgement set aside any time he wanted to...." is just another retroactive cover-up for bald-faced lie. Message 11669379 These incidents betray a instinctual reliance on lies (and a firm belief in spin and bellicosity as the way to hide the stain).

Yep. And reviewing his comments about the supposed exclusive Brazilian license, he termed it as both import and export and said he had a Portuguese translator to help him make the determination on whether it was in fact exclusive. He manufactured an argument about the meaning of "in sumo" which took me only a few seconds to disprove: Re: insumo; yes, the direct translation would mean "input", which would imply ingredients. To put things in context, elsewhere you'll see the word "fabricar" which would mean "to manufacture".
