I have learned, the hard way, to pay attention to lock-up expirations. St. Paul Fire is an example of selling by those subject to lock-up. Unfortunately this selling can go on for some time. Perhaps its best to come back here in about three months. This is a fine company with a great future but as a shareholder knowing of the locked-up overhang its just not worth the risk to buy here.

I've never been one to think law suit but... this is trying my patience. Right now I am down almost 40% in a major investment here and we get notified 5 days after the fact of a major sell-off by a major stockholder? Plus management here is doing nothing to protect their shareholder's investment. Has anyone else given this some thought?
