RE <<<Ted, please note that November is 3 days away and Coppermine portables are available now.>>

He was not referring to the mobile processors but to the cumine in general...it was the other analyst, I think from Soloman, who was concerned about the portables.

My next question is not intended to raise thread hostilities but is purely made out of curiosity. It is clear that the launch of the cumine is not going as well as intc would like. This coupled with some of the other snafus of late are rather embarrassing....but obviously will impact profits only slightly.

Nonetheless these missteps would be embarrassing for a small cap or an AMD; for intc, given its size and prestige, and the fact that it prides itself on execution, the missteps are intensified and become bigger than the norm. Do you think it will result in any action from intc's board or will it result in a mgmt shakeup? Just curious if you or any other intc long would have a feel for that kind of thing. Only curious as to when accountability becomes an issue and corrective steps are taken.
