Apparently VGAM will have a significant news release within 7 to 10 days according to a promoter they have retained. While I have not ascertained the details, the news is expected to cause a dramatic upward breakout surpassing 52-week highs. Active float for VGAM is 82,400 shares while outstanding shares are 488,000 placing the current market capitalization at $5,185,000 which appears very reasonable.
