No, wbm, H&Q downgrade was to Market Perform from Buy. I have the entire analyst report in front of me. Here is the entire initial summary. "DELL and TECD: Y2K issues cause us to downgrade to Market Perform ¯Evidence of Y2K slowing causes us to adapt a more conservative stance on investments in this group. ¯Notable change in planned PC expenditures and deployments in Q499 suggest we reduce exposure to PC Hardware and Distribution companies. Consequently, we are downgrading Dell and Tech Data to Market Perform rom Buy and maintain our Market Perform on Compaq Computer , Ingram Micro, and Inacom. ¯We believe Gateway's focus on the consumer and small/medium business sectors is likely to insulate it from most of these issues so we are maintaining our Buy rating on these shares. However, since the current environment may weigh against it in the near future, we are removing it from our Focus List."
