The semi deal has already been cut! Read the release. Relax. Cube will open around $75 tomorrow - IMO. Do the arithmetic - and for God sakes - don't forget about the $6/sh. in CASH.

I wonder why HLIT dropped so much today? The news didn't leak, because the CUBE volume was low today. Maybe the ATT/SFA deal took away some of HLIT's business?
