The irony of all of this is that my intent (at least the main one) was not to flame intc but to get to the bottom of whether there is or is an over or under supply of pc chips. Actually I am trying to figure out why semi pc stocks are not doing well.

I own some of these pc semis and their stock price has not been doing very well since Taiwan. And I am not clear why that is....any number of companies have said they will not be effected seriously and yet, these and related pc stocks continue to flounder. In addition they have met or exceed earnings consensus.

So when I saw the thing on Bloombergs....I thought I had a better understanding of the picture. I guess not.
