A few more thoughts on the meeting:

1)Ian Dow(directs field operations in Chile) was kind enough to give us a few hints at what might be going on behind the scenes. Ian is pratically dripping with euthasium for the properties. He quotes some phrases from Gordon on how Gordon described the targets from the new IP. Gordon described them as MAJOR targets-a term he does not use lightly. Ian hinted that the results are so good that it may force the hands of Majors. He metioned that Hoppley is in talks with certain majors on Medinah's behalf and that Hoppley is a deal cutter and something may break very soon-but what? Note the financial groups are not dealing with Hoppley. What gives? Are they going to fight over Medinah?-ie the Majors vs Funds?

2) Paul Jones not happy with remarks on the net concerning Medinah's capitalization vs assets.(Perhaps talking about Claude Corimer?) He thinks the properties are worth many dollars per share..

3)Minerlization pattern hinted at in the IP now really suggests that open pit is the way to go. No longer worried about having to resort to underground mining.

4)Vince was probably the most knowledgeable shareholder besides management and our friendly Doctor on the West Coast. He played a very active role in the meeting and put management on the spot a few times. Gary G. tells me that Vince looked like a long haired hippie at the last AGM but was very clean cut at this one-apparantly the wife put her foot down-what gives Vince? Who wears the belt in your family? :)

5)Steve Doppler not happy with the way his buy rec's turned out with MDHM and CDCH. He was assured by management that very signficant news would follow his buy recommendations giving his words lots of meat. Unfortunately that did not happen. His following did not buy in.
In management's defense-about that time-the big snowstorm hit-long delays in the IPs which put off annoucement of any deal.....

6)Rumors-if management can get the drills turning and get the financing...some heavy hitters may come into the picture...they are looking over our shoulder now...more rumors...any financing deal-both MDHM and CDCH will benefit....
