Edward,what really jumped off the page of that letter was the need for additional funding. However,I doubt they will issue more stock as the share price is at an all time low. Since the company feels the need to expand beyond the Tanners concept with the acquisition of Crabby Bobs outlets, how about changing the stock symbol to CRAB? Sounds like a joke, but it just happens to be available. Good luck to any longs left. GW
