I think Amazon already has most of their best customers, in USA, already signed up. For example, look at cardmembers at American Express (core of important ones around 20 million, expansion beyond this gets hit by diminishing returns stuff).

I think "Henry" is going to abandon this stock as these folks have no business model that anyone in their right mind can analyze.

I am a very satisfied customer. Clone me 20 million times. So what?

PS: As a software engineer I doubt if Amazon could ever get the logistics system in place they are talking about. Far too complex, with far too many platitudes ("management bandwidth", "people bandwidth", what a bunch of "crap").
