Tomorrow will be an interesting day. CUBE semi is growing rapidly. Semi cycle is on the upswing. DVD cycle is loading up the bases for a grand slam. Encoder market is about to explode wide open. This deal will get people to focus on what CUBE really has to offer.

Why no floor on the price for the HLIT shares????
Who ever cut this deal is a dingle berry in my book.
You'd think they'd have learned from prior tech companies getting scammed like this.

...my gut is telling me HLIT is getting a bargain since when all is said and done, they'll get DIVI for much less that 1.7B...more likely 1B, IMO.
