If you held shares of SIY as of Oct12,99 you would receive one right for each share held so if you owned 10000 shares you would receive 10000 rights which are now free trading the exchange of 4 rights and .20 cents will give you one additional share of SIY the rights can be purchased as SIY.RT but at the current time are almost worthless as the common stock is trading in the .20 range now if you like the company the best bet is just to buy the common shares.
